Overview

Vlo̠t Miv Kez was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1324, by Annúngiliel Gegumer. The establishment of Vlo̠t Miv Kez was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Vlo̠t Miv Kez's construction back out of the project. Annúngiliel Gegumer pushed on reguardles, and Vlo̠t Miv Kez was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Vlo̠t Miv Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vlo̠t Miv Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Vlo̠t Miv Kez is buildings are located arround a single narrow packed earth mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Unfortuantly, these exceptionaly well made fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

A look around Vlo̠t Miv Kez gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. This all rests atop the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Vlo̠t Miv Kez brings to mind.
